Product Representation & Color Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display the true colors, textures, silhouettes, and fabric weaves of our garments, outerwear, and wardrobe accessories accurately through standard digital studio photography. However, visual discrepancies may naturally occur:

- Digital Display & Lighting Differences: Because individual device screens, monitor calibrations, mobile display brightness, and contrast configurations vary, the physical color of garments and accessories may exhibit slight visual differences compared to digital mockups or imagery viewed online. Such variations are technically unavoidable in digital commerce and do not constitute manufacturing flaws or misrepresentations.

- Organic Leather Variations: Genuine leather goods in our collection—including leather jackets, belts, card holders, and wallets—derive from natural hides. Inherent variations in surface grain, micro-creasing, natural hide markings, and subtle tonal shifts are intrinsic characteristics of natural leather materials rather than production defects.

- Textile & Sizing Tolerances: Garment measurements, sleeve lengths, waist dimensions, and inseams published in our size guides represent nominal guidelines. Standard industrial manufacturing tolerances of 1 to 2 cm (approximately 0.4 to 0.8 inches) are customary across ready-to-wear apparel and do not qualify an item as mis-sized or defective.

- Packaging Compression & Fabric Settling: Due to secure transit packaging and prolonged shipment from our fulfillment facilities, tailored garments, parkas, suits, overshirts, and knitwear may arrive with temporary shipping compression folds or packaging creases. Garments naturally settle after unpacking, gentle hanging, or standard garment steaming per inner care label instructions.

Usage & Safety Responsibility

Customers assume full responsibility for the proper care, usage, maintenance, and handling of all items purchased through BALIBARDESIGN:

- Care Label Adherence: All textile garments, wool knits, outerwear, and leather accessories must be cleaned, washed, pressed, or stored strictly according to the specific garment care instructions attached to each interior label. BALIBARDESIGN assumes no liability for fabric shrinkage, fiber distortion, color bleeding, pilling, or material destruction caused by improper domestic laundering, excessive heat exposure, non-recommended dry cleaning, or neglect.

- Wear & Hardware Safety: Certain outerwear and tailored garments feature functional metal zips, snaps, belt buckles, and hardware closures. Customers must ensure closures are operated correctly to prevent catching delicate knitwear or adjacent fabrics. BALIBARDESIGN accepts no responsibility for personal property damage or incidental material tears resulting from improper handling, aggressive snagging, or accidental wear.

Errors, Shipping & External Delays

- Typographical and Inventory Errors: While we endeavor to maintain precise inventory and pricing, occasional typographical discrepancies, misprints, or technical errors may arise. BALIBARDESIGN reserves the exclusive right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies, adjust published prices, or update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event an item is ordered under an incorrect listing or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue an immediate refund.

- Carrier and Customs Delays: All published fulfillment windows, transit intervals, and delivery estimations (such as our 1–3 business days handling and 8–12 business days transit schedules via DHL) represent standard logistical estimates. BALIBARDESIGN shall not be held liable for package transit delays arising from external events beyond our operational control, including severe weather disruptions, airline freight congestions, international customs processing holds, port closures, local carrier strikes, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BALIBARDESIGN, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, and operational contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, delivery, misuse, or inability to use any product or website feature.
